Senior attorney Don Werno, Esquire has an extensive and diverse educational and business background, including a Juris Doctor Degree in Laws from Western State University College of Law and a Master's Degree in Psychology, with Doctoral Level course work from the United States International University. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from National University and has completed coursework at the University of Southern California (USC) - Institute of Systems and Safety Management in the area of Aircraft Accident Investigation and Litigation. Mr. Werno is also a FAA Certified Gold Seal Single and Multi-Engine Flight Instructor.
Don Werno acquired extensive experience in Aviation as a Single Engine and Multi-Engine Commercial Aircraft Pilot, Helicopter Pilot, a Gold Seal Certified Flight Instructor, Aviation Lecturer and while working with the National Transportation Safety Board investigating Airplane, Helicopter and other Aircraft crashes, accidents and mishaps. Mr. Werno has thousands of hours of flight experience, including experience flying jet aircraft and training other pilots to fly using sophisticated full motion flight simulators for the Boeing 747-400, McDonald Douglas MD-11 and Lockheed KC-130R Hercules aircraft. He is also the past president of the Orange County Bar Association's Aviation Law Section.
Attorney Don Werno was literally there when the Personal Computer was born. While programming large IBM Mainframe Computers in the 1970's, he saw the future and spent more than three decades engineering Personal Computer networks and writing complex computer software. Don Werno also has experience with many of the major computer systems developed in the last three decades.
